gina! so the limes. (I answered on my blog but thought I should let you know). yes, I blended the limes whole. but...I love the lime, love, love, love it. you could do just juice and zest if you want a little less lime, if you do the whole lime - please for the love make sure you blend them up very very well. also, I made the 'cashew cookie' flavor with cashews, dates, cinnamon - oh so good too!
per your request - the lentil burger recipe is just eggs (2-3), oats, lentils, onion and chilli powder and salt if you like. I didn't measure exact amounts but you want a very thick batter. hopefully this helps...I am really not a detailed enough person to be posting recipes I think.
Thanks Hel! I'm going to try it one of these days :) I've been slacking on the blog this month. Work has been Krazy (with a K mind you) and we've repainting/decorating so my house in in shambles!!
I do my very best on this blog to make us look perfect and insanely happy in every way. Which, indeed we are. However, you should also know that sometimes we disagree, we don't get everything we want or everything we pray for, I'm not a size 2, and our sink leaks. Amid all the craziness every day brings, we live each knowing that life is fair, it's just not over yet.
